Crafting Tofu in Sapa
I heard a rumor that the tofu in Sapa contains a chemical used to set it, which may also be harmful to health. Curious and a bit surprised, I decided to visit the local tofu makers in Sapa to learn more about their process and understand how one of my favorite foods is made. ~circa 2010
